Water over fire. The superior person considers misfortune in advance and arms against it.
Meaning
Everything is in its proper place — perfect order achieved. Yet this very perfection marks the moment when decline begins. The peak of order contains the seed of disorder. Stay alert.
Advice
You've reached completion — everything is in order. But don't relax your vigilance. This perfection is fragile and temporary. Anticipate coming challenges and prepare while things are still good.
