Meaning
Mutual attraction and influence. The yielding above and the firm below create natural resonance. When you are receptive and still, you naturally attract what belongs to you.
Advice
Be open and receptive. True influence comes not from force but from genuine openness. Empty your mind of preconceptions and let natural attraction do its work.
