Conflict. You are sincere but are being obstructed. Caution brings good fortune; pushing to the end brings misfortune.
The Image (象)
Heaven and water go their opposite ways. The superior person carefully considers the beginning of all undertakings.
Meaning
Inner truth meets outer obstruction, creating conflict. Pushing forward aggressively will make things worse. Compromise or retreat is wiser.
Advice
Don't push this fight to the bitter end — you may win the battle but lose the war. Seek a mediator or middle ground. Sometimes withdrawal is wisdom.
