The Judgment (彖)
The Gentle. Success through what is small. It furthers to have somewhere to go. It furthers to see the great person.
The Image (象)
Winds following one upon the other. The superior person spreads commands abroad and carries out undertakings.
Meaning
Wind upon wind — gentle, persistent penetration. Not dramatic force but subtle, continuous influence that eventually reaches everywhere. Like wind entering every crack, gentle persistence achieves what force cannot.
Advice
Use gentle, persistent influence rather than force. Repeat your message softly but consistently. Have a clear direction and seek wise guidance. What seems weak penetrates where strength cannot.
