The Judgment (彖)
Nourishment. Perseverance brings good fortune. Pay heed to the providing of nourishment and to what a person seeks to fill their own mouth with.
The Image (象)
Thunder at the foot of the mountain. The superior person is careful of their words and temperate in eating and drinking.
Meaning
What you take in — physically, mentally, spiritually — shapes what you become. Watch both what you consume and what you give to others. Nourishment flows both ways.
Advice
Be mindful of what you feed your body and mind. Choose nourishing inputs over empty ones. Also consider how you nourish others — your words and support matter.
