Grace has success. In small matters it is favorable to undertake something.
The Image (象)
Fire at the foot of the mountain. The superior person brightens all affairs but dares not decide great matters based on grace alone.
Meaning
Beauty and form. Aesthetic refinement and cultural expression. Grace beautifies but should not be confused with substance.
Advice
Attend to appearances and presentation — they matter. But don't make major decisions based on surface beauty alone. Grace adorns substance; it doesn't replace it.
