Work on what has been spoiled has supreme success. It furthers one to cross the great water.
The Image (象)
Wind blowing at the foot of the mountain. The superior person stirs up the people and strengthens their spirit.
Meaning
Corruption or decay that must be addressed. Something has gone wrong through neglect. Now is the time to repair, reform, and renew.
Advice
Face the decay honestly. Something has been neglected and needs fixing. Three days of careful consideration before acting, three days of follow-through after.
