Leg Three Miles

足三里 · Zú Sān Lǐ

Stomach Meridian

Location (取穴)

Four finger-widths below the kneecap, one finger-width lateral to the shinbone (tibia). You'll feel a small depression.

Technique (手法)

Use the thumb to press firmly with steady pressure. Apply circular motion for 2-3 minutes per side. Press toward the bone at moderate to firm pressure.
