Central Stomach

中脘 · Zhōng Wǎn

Ren Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the midline of the abdomen, halfway between the navel and the lower end of the breastbone (xiphoid process), about four finger-widths above the navel.

Technique (手法)

Place the palm over the point and apply gentle circular clockwise massage for 2-3 minutes. Can also use fingertip pressure. Best done before or after meals.

Cautions
