Bubbling Spring

涌泉 · Yǒng Quán

Kidney Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the sole of the foot, in the depression formed when the toes curl, about one-third of the distance from the base of the second toe to the heel.

Technique (手法)

Press firmly with the thumb using circular motions. Can also roll the foot over a tennis ball. Apply for 3-5 minutes per foot, ideally before bed.
