Yang Mound Spring

阳陵泉 · Yáng Líng Quán

Gallbladder Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the outer leg, in the depression below and in front of the head of the fibula (the small bony knob on the outer side of the knee).

Technique (手法)

Press firmly with the thumb directed slightly inward. Apply for 2-3 minutes per leg with steady or circular pressure.

Cautions
