Outer Pass

外关 · Wài Guān

Triple Burner Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the outer forearm, three finger-widths above the wrist crease, between the radius and ulna bones (opposite side from PC6).

Technique (手法)

Press with the thumb at moderate pressure. Can press PC6 and TB5 simultaneously by pinching the forearm. Hold for 1-2 minutes.

Cautions
