Liver Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the top of the foot, in the depression between the first and second metatarsal bones, about two finger-widths above the web between the big toe and second toe.

Technique (手法)

Press firmly with the thumb directed toward the ankle. Use steady pressure or small circular motions for 2-3 minutes per foot.
