肾俞 · Shèn Shū
Bladder MeridianLocation (取穴)
On the lower back, 1.5 finger-widths lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra (at waist level, beside the spine).
Technique (手法)
Use both thumbs or knuckles to press on both sides simultaneously. Apply firm pressure for 2-3 minutes. Can also use a tennis ball against a wall.

Cautions
