Spirit Gate
神门 · Shén Mén
Heart MeridianLocation (取穴)
On the inner wrist crease, on the pinky side, in the small depression between the pisiform bone and the ulna.
Technique (手法)
Press gently with the thumb using light to moderate pressure. Hold for 1-2 minutes per wrist. Best combined with slow, deep breathing.
