Chest Center
膻中 · Dàn Zhōng
Ren MeridianLocation (取穴)
On the midline of the chest, at the level of the fourth intercostal space, directly between the nipples (center of the breastbone).
Technique (手法)
Press gently with the middle finger or palm. Apply light circular massage for 1-2 minutes. Combine with deep breathing.
