Three Yin Intersection

三阴交 · Sān Yīn Jiāo

Spleen Meridian

Location (取穴)

Four finger-widths above the inner ankle bone (medial malleolus), behind the shinbone (tibia) on the inner leg.

Technique (手法)

Press with the thumb at moderate to firm pressure. Use slow circular motions for 3-5 minutes per side. Best done in the evening for sleep.
