Pool at the Bend

Large Intestine MeridianLocation (取穴)
At the outer end of the elbow crease when the arm is bent at 90 degrees. Find the depression at the lateral end of the transverse cubital crease.
Technique (手法)
Press firmly with the thumb while the arm is bent. Apply circular motions for 1-2 minutes per arm.
