Sea of Qi

Ren MeridianLocation (取穴)
On the midline of the lower abdomen, about 1.5 finger-widths below the navel.
Technique (手法)
Place the palm over the point and apply gentle circular clockwise massage for 3-5 minutes. Can also use fingertip pressure with warming intent.
