Inner Pass

内关 · Nèi Guān

Pericardium Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the inner forearm, three finger-widths above the wrist crease, between the two tendons (palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis).

Technique (手法)

Press with the thumb using moderate pressure. Hold steady for 2-3 minutes or use gentle circular motion. Breathe deeply while pressing.
