Lung Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the inner wrist, about 1.5 finger-widths above the wrist crease, in the depression between the tendons on the thumb side.

Technique (手法)

Press with the thumbnail or fingertip at moderate pressure. Apply steady pressure or small circular motions for 1-2 minutes per wrist.
