Gallbladder Meridian

Location (取穴)

At the base of the skull, in the hollow between the two large neck muscles (sternocleidomastoid and trapezius), level with the earlobe.

Technique (手法)

Use both thumbs to press upward and inward toward the center of the skull. Apply firm pressure for 1-2 minutes. Can combine with slow neck rotation.
