Lung Shu

肺俞 · Fèi Shū

Bladder Meridian

Location (取穴)

On the upper back, 1.5 finger-widths lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra (T3).

Technique (手法)

Use a tennis ball against a wall to apply pressure. Roll gently for 2-3 minutes. Can also have a partner press with thumbs.

Cautions
