Bladder MeridianLocation (取穴)
On the upper back, 1.5 finger-widths lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra (T1), below the prominent neck bone.
Technique (手法)
Difficult to self-press — use a tennis ball against a wall. Roll gently for 2-3 minutes on each side.
