Lung MeridianLocation (取穴)
On the inner elbow crease, on the radial side (thumb side) of the biceps tendon when the arm is slightly bent.
Technique (手法)
Press with the thumb at moderate pressure while the elbow is slightly bent. Apply for 1-2 minutes per arm.
