Our Mission

Finding reliable, English-language data on Chinese companies and economic performance can be difficult. ChinaRanked organizes publicly reported metrics — revenue, growth, market share, and regional economic indicators — into browsable rankings. We serve analysts, journalists, students, and business professionals who need structured data without expensive terminal subscriptions.

Data & Methodology

We source data from public filings on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges, Hong Kong HKEX disclosures, National Bureau of Statistics releases, and international databases like the World Bank. Company financials are converted to USD at period-end exchange rates for comparability. Rankings reflect the most recent full fiscal year available for each entity.

ChinaRanked is built and maintained by Weblabra, a small team focused on making public data accessible and useful. We don't accept payments from the entities we rank or review — our analysis is independent.
